Program Basics
Who Is MRL for
Grades K-12, boys and girls, all skill levels.
When does the season start?
Fall 2026, first season.
Wednesdays 6:00–7:30 PM (Sept 9–Nov 18),
Saturdays 9:00–10:30 AM (Sept 12–Nov 21).
Where do we practice?
St. David’s School Satellite Athletic Fields, 3420 Yonkers Rd, Raleigh, NC 27604.
Is there a Spring 2027 season?
Yes, details announced closer to the season.
Who do we play/do we travel?
Fall 2026: Focused entirely on skill development and training — no games.
Spring 2027: We’ll play games against other local recreational teams, with travel within the Triangle region.

How much does it cost?
What's your refund policy?
Full refund before Aug 15 (minus $25 admin fee), 50% between Aug 15 and first practice, no refund once season begins (except season-ending injury).
USA Lacrosse Requirement
Do players need a USA Lacrosse membership?
Yes, required before first practice. Register at usalacrosse.com/membership.
Why is this required?
Covers insurance for players and is required for MRL’s own liability coverage.
Gear & Equipment
What gear is required (boys)?
Helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, mouthguard, cup, stick, cleats.
What gear is required (girls)?
Goggles, mouthguard, girls-specific stick, cleats.
What does MRL provide?
The reversible pinnie is included in registration.
Do I need to buy new equipment?
No, used gear is fine for a first season.
Coaching
Who's coaching?
Ethan Larson serves as Program Director. Additional coaches may include parent volunteers, current varsity players, and — depending on availability — current D1 college players.
